From Birmingham International Airport
Leave and use A45 East and at roundabout turn right onto A452. Proceed through Balsall Common and turn right onto A4177 towards Warwick. At next roundabout take the 1st exit and continue until roundabout above A46. Turn right onto A46 and at next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the M40. Leave, in approx. 600 metres, at the next exit (J14) cross a mini roundabout and take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout (A452 – Europa Way). At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Heathcote Lane) and continue to the next roundabout taking the 1st exit into Tachbrook Park Drive. After about 600 metres turn right into Hermes Close.
From the North (M1)
At J21 take the M69 exit and proceed towards Coventry. Continue on the A46, across two roundabouts, and at the third roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A45. After approx. 800 metres turn onto A46 towards Warwick and continue until the roundabout junction with the M40. Take the 2nd exit onto the M40 and leave at the next exit (J14), in about 600 metres, across a mini roundabout and take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout (A452 – Europa Way). At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Heathcote Lane) and continue to the next roundabout taking the 1st exit into Tachbrook Park Drive. After about 600 metres turn right into Hermes Close.
From the North (M6)
At J2 take the A46 exit and proceed towards Coventry. Continue on the A46, across two roundabouts, and at the third roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A45. Leave at J13 and turn right onto A452. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Leamington (A452 – Europa Way) and continue to the next roundabout. Take the 3rd exit (Heathcote Lane) and continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit (Tachbrook Park Drive. After about 600 metres turn right into Hermes Close.
From the South (M1)
Leave at J16 and turn left onto A45 towards Daventry. At the first roundabout take the first left onto the Daventry by pass (still A45) and at the next roundabout take the first exit (A425) towards Southam. Continue to Southam and at the first roundabout take the 1st exit (A423). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A425 towards Leamington. Continue for approx 7 miles (12km) and after entering Leamington turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Sydenham Drive. Continue to a roundabout and take the 3rd exit into Prospect Road. Continue through one pedestrian crossing and straight across one set of traffic lights into St Helen’s Road and through the next set of traffic lights into Queensway. Pass through a pedestrian crossing and at the roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and after about 400 metres turn left into Hermes Close.
From Leamington Spa railway station
Turn right out of the station and at the 1st roundabout take the 1st exit. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue about 400 metres until you see Hermes Close on the left hand side.
