Rochester Sensors Unveils its Innovative T/LL415 Capacitive Liquid Level Sensor for Rigorous Applications

Warwick, UK – Rochester Sensors, a prominent provider of cutting-edge sensor solutions, has officially introduced the latest T/LL415 Liquid Level Sensor. This state-of-solutions, has officially introduced the latest T/LL415 liquid Level Sensor. This state-of-the-art sensor is meticulously crafted to deliver precise and dependable liquid level and temperature measurements across a diverse array of demanding applications, encompassing engine, transmission and hydraulic systems.

The T/LL415 stands out as a compact and resilient sensor ideally suited for utilization in applications with extended temperature requirements. It is engineered to be compatible with various types of liquids, such as engine, transmission and hydraulic oils, boasting a construction crafted from 316 stainless steel to ensure heightened durability. moreover, the sensor is equipped with a CANJ1939 output protocol, simplifying its seamless integration into pre-existing systems.

The T/LL415 Liquid Level Sensor offers several advantages for engineers. It is compatible with a variety of liquids and operates reliability in an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The sensor’s compact and robust design makes it ideal for use in space-constrained environments. Accuracy is assured with ±5% accuracy for oil level and ±3% accuracy for temperature. Integration is simplified through the CAN J1939 output protocol.

The T/LL415 is built to last. Featuring a 316 stainless steel header and stem, a PTFE-sheathed stainless steel internal electrode, and flourosilicone (FVMQ) wetted deals. It is available with a variety of thread sizes, including 1/2″ BSPT, 1/2″ BSPP, 3/4″ UNF, 1/2″ NPTF, M16, M18 and M20, to suit diverse applications. The sensor offers comprehensive environment protection with an IP68 ingress rating on the liquid side and IP67 on the connector side. It is also EMC compliant with type approval in accordance with EN ISO 13766:2006, and resistant to vibration up to 15.3grms and shock up to 500ms¯².

Steve Lowe, Product Manager at Rochester Sensors stated, “ With its wide compatibility, extended temperature range, and compact design, the T/LL415 is the ideal solutions for a variety of industries, including automotive, off highway and industrial. “
