Engine cooling systems
The S85 capacitance level sensor has become an industry standard for coolant detection in radiators / header tanks and washer bottles, it has been specified by many global diesel engine manufacturers.
The S100 series is ideal for determining engine coolant or oil temperature.
Industrial washing machinery
G/LL53 & G/LL28 mechanical contents gauges are used to indicate water level in the master tank. T/LL130 has been used to provide a continuous output and the T/LL70 to provide pump control with high or low level alarms. Bulk storage tanks up to 4 metres deep can utilise the T/LL200 hydrostatic level sender for accurate level measurement.
Materials handling
Predominantly for use on fork lift truck applications where there is an open cockpit and a need for oil pressure, water temperature and fuel level readout. The V3 instruments provide the traditional analog instrumentation to also include tachometers and speedometers. Along with this range of instruments there are the matching senders & switches in a wide choice of threads and connectors.

Hydraulics
The T/LL122 user adjustable & T/LL70 multi level float switches are used for oil level indication in oil reservoirs & power packs. Optionally, the T/LL122 can be specified with a temperature switch.
The solid state S82 & S86 oil level switches allow accurate level measurement and easily interface with an engine ECU.
S100 series – our temperature switch range that can accommodate -40ºC to 150ºC in typical hydraulic applications e.g. levelling systems, working hydraulics, electro-hydraulic steering and braking systems.
Our pressure switch range, the PTF series, comprise a range of high quality electronic high and low pressure switches and sensors for use in industrial electro hydraulic applications, steering and braking systems etc or just switch indication. A selection of threads, IP rated industry standard connectors and electronic outputs 4 – 20mA and voltage are available.

For ink containers, the T/LL70 range provides spot level switching while the T/LL50 gives a continuous readout.
Printing head pressure can also be measured by direct measurement via the T/LL200 sensor that delivers a 4/20mA output signal.

Process equipment
Principally for all types of liquid level measurement and control, the T/LL70 multi level switch is custom made to the desired tank depth with 1 – 12 switch points and is designed to be top mounting; alternatively the L55 & T/LL50 provide continuous readout and monitoring with a wide choice of in[puts and output options. Some of the range is available with ATEX approval. The T/LL15 float switch range provides side mounting options.
Products similar to the L100 are contents measurement systems used in bulk storage of water fuels and selected chemicals.
